Order Information and Dispatch
We apologise if any products are out of stock and your order can not be filled in the time allocated on checkout. We have informed you to allow 3-4 more working days if product is out of stock. If your order will take longer than that we will contact you and discuss your options- your may cancel and money will be refunded. We use a courier and Australia Post to handle the dispatch of most orders. Due to it being out of Body Treat’s control once is leaves our warehouse some orders may get held up with courier or Australia Post. There are no deliveries made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Once your order has left our dispatch centre you will receive a notification via email. We prefer a delivery address where the receiver will be available to sign. We can deliver to a work address if it is more convenient.
Product is dispatched after payment is made. Our methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, and bankcard via PayPal. This is a secure site for further details visit www.paypal.com.au Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is also accepted
Orders made before 5.00pm are dispatched the following day (if payment has been received). Orders made after that time are made the following day and dispatched the next.

We aim to provide the correct information supplied to us by the manufacturer. Body Treat’s is not held liable for mis-use of any products sold.
We supply the best possible pictures to show the true colour of items but some computers resolutions may vary and therefore colours may vary.
