Venessa founded Body Treats in February 2004. Body Treats now has been rebranded to Online Beauty Products. (OBP)

I started my studies in 2001 and continued doing so year after year. I started out working in a salon as a nail artist. I also taught nail tech at a beauty school casually. I then felt like i wanted to explore this industry out on my own and introduced a mobile beauty service. When i started Body Treats in 2004 there was a demand for this service and the market lacked what i wanted to offer. So i began that journey and quickly entered the market for pamper parties specialising in hen’s parties. This certainly was a fun sector to work in, I partied every weekend 🙂

Along the way, we grew into a team of 6 beauty therapists pamper ladies. Meeting many ladies and performing many facials, the demand came for my clients requesting to purchase the skincare i was using on them. Wa..la….Online Beauty Products website was born. Whilst the mobile pampering was a success i then found i wanted to concentrate on a small home salon and my online business  OBP.

I choose to have a boutique beauty products online store, so i can know all of my products and work closely with clients. I truly believe in the philosophy of the brands we stock. I also only stock products not tested on animals. I ensure 5 star customer service, friendly approach and delivering create prices.

I have a passion for beauty, skin care and thrive on learning and discovering new techniques and products.

In 2018 i further studied in skin treatments and facials and re-launched a new website to have live chat and offer my advice on products and services.

In 2022 i discovered my passion for mindfulness and healing so i combined that with my beauty therapy experience and my home salon was recreated where i treat some family and friends.
