Steps to ordering, shipping and tracking your order with Online Beauty Products
 
  • You can place your order online or email us if you prefer us to call you to place the order
  • You choose your shipping method in your cart before the checkout page. All methods are explained below
  • When entering your address you also can put in a Business Name
  • We accept PO Box address’s and parcel lockers
  • SAME DAY dispatch on all orders placed by 3pm unless stated
  • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Online Beauty Products saying complete and you will receive your tracking number via email directly from Australia Post. (be sure to check your junk and spam mail inbox)
  • You can enter your tracking number directly by Visiting Australia Post website

Estimated time frames for delivery will vary, however as a general indication you can expect your package within 2 to 7 working days from when we have shipped your order. Please note that if you live in remote areas, WA, SA or TAS it may take longer. This is out of our control. Orders will only be shipped once payment is received.

Ensure to give correct details for delivery. eg unit number or apartment number, street number and any other info that would be useful. Giving your work address is advisable. If orders are returned due to incorrect address information, you will be charged an additional freight charge to have the package re-sent to you.
