We wanted to share a small update with you, and give you plenty of notice.
From May, there will be a modest price adjustment across our Algologie and FDM skincare ranges, along with a slight increase to our shipping rates to $9.95 and $12.95 for Express post.
Over the past year, we’ve seen ongoing rises from our suppliers and in freight costs (especially with fuel increases). We’ve done our best to absorb these for as long as we can, but we’ve reached a point where we need to pass on a portion of these costs to keep things sustainable.
This decision hasn’t been made lightly, and we’ve kept the increases as minimal as possible.
The good news: we’ll still be offering free shipping—our threshold will simply increase from $99 to $110.
If you’ve been thinking about restocking your favourites, now is a great time to do so before the changes come into effect in May.

Please note that Online Beauty Products assumes no responsibility for packages once they leave us but we are here to help if a package is late, damaged or missing. Specific delivery times or days cannot be requested.
Trackable Regular Parcel – Safe drop if no one is home, therefore we hold no responsibility if the package goes missing from the safe drop. It is still up to the driver if he feels it is safe to leave, if not a calling card will be left. Tracking number provided.

- You choose your shipping method in your cart before the checkout page. All methods are explained below
- When entering your address you also can put in a Business Name
- We accept PO Box address’s and parcel lockers
- SAME DAY dispatch on all orders placed by 3pm unless stated
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Online Beauty Products saying complete and you will receive your tracking number via email directly from Australia Post. (be sure to check your junk and spam mail inbox)

Estimated time frames for delivery will vary, however as a general indication you can expect your package within 2 to 7 working days from when we have shipped your order. Please note that if you live in remote areas, WA, SA or TAS it may take longer. This is out of our control. Orders will only be shipped once payment is received.
Ensure to give correct details for delivery. eg unit number or apartment number, street number and any other info that would be useful. Giving your work address is advisable. If orders are returned due to incorrect address information, you will be charged an additional freight charge to have the package re-sent to you.
