Description
Algologie Global Anti-Aging Radiance Serum is a unique bi-phase serum, combining two distinct compositions of oil and water-soluble ingredients, in keeping our formulation clean and green. Shaking before use and apply while the solution is still combined. The serum does have an oily texture.
Because of this each of the two-phases have differing compositions and chemistry. By shaking we are forcing the ingredients of the serum to combine for a very short time, allowing a perfect serum for the skin’s application. The smaller molecules penetrate deeper while the larger molecules remain closer to the skins surface providing protection. Therefore trapping actives & nutrients with barrier function properties.
Key ingredients:
- Laminaria – Powerful hydration and barrier function properties. Minerals and trace element to nourish and support cellular health and reproduction. Particularly over 40 years of age.
- Chondrus Crispus – The hydrophilic molecules in this seaweed provide an optimum resource of protective phospholipids to prevent TEWL. Polyphenols preserve the skin’s natural protective barrier function in preserving hydration & preventing dryness.
- Undaria Pinnatifida – A brown seaweed rich in Protein, Polysaccharides, Fucoidans, Vitamins, Minerals, and Trace Elements for normalised cellular health.
- Crithmum Maritimum – Responsible for reducing excess levels of sebum secretion, preventing open pores and clogging, while also hydrating & having a mattifying effect on the skin. This ingredient has proven benefits in addressing age related conditions.
- Lithothamnium Calcareum – Rich in Calcium and Magnesium, a red seaweed that is also rich in Iron, Copper, Zinc while essential for Collagen production and the prevention of Collagen cross linking and free radical damage. Essential for anti-oxidant properties and protecting skin from oxidative stress.
- Erngium Maritmum – Has an exclusive marine plant stem cell which targets the epidermal – dermal junction and assists with the renewal of Collagen and Elastin synthesis, while renewing and regulating the epidermis.
- Porphyridium Cruentium – A recent addition to the seaweed family of essential skin plants and a valuable addition to Algologie family. Also rich in essential fatty acids such as Omega 3 and Omega 6, Amino Acids and Carotenoids (pro vitamin A). - Sodium Hyaluronate – Due to its smaller molecular structure than Hyaluronic Acid (its popular cousin) this is the perfect hydrating ingredient to finish off a perfect natural formula.
How to use:
After cleansing and lotion shake bottle well and immediately remove 4-6 drops from the bottle to apply and massage well into the skin, face and neck. Then apply Algologie Redensifying Eye Cream and the Algologie Redensifying & Plumping Cream. May be used morning and night. Can be used in conjunction with other serums.
